Terms of use

Free to read, free to query, as is.

The terms under which DeepStack publishes its pages, its API and its MCP tools, in plain words.

Updated

DeepStack publishes analysis and opinion on the money behind artificial intelligence: the pages at deepstack.ltd, a static JSON API under /api/v1/, and a read-only Model Context Protocol endpoint at mcp.deepstack.ltd/mcp. All three are free, need no account and no key, and are provided as they are. Reading them, or calling them from a program, is use under these terms.

As is, without warranty

DeepStack is provided as is, without warranty of any kind: no promise that a page, a file or a tool answer is complete, current or free of error, and no promise that the API or the MCP endpoint stays available or unchanged. Every figure carries its date and its source; check the source before you rely on the figure. DeepStack is not liable for a decision taken on what it publishes.

Not investment advice

Nothing on DeepStack is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. The DeepStack Call, its actions and the sides of a question are ways of reading public evidence, published identically to everyone; they do not know your situation. Decisions about your money are yours. Every page, file and tool answer carries the line "Analysis and opinion, not investment advice."

Quotations and fair use

DeepStack paraphrases and attributes the arguments of other publications. Where it quotes, the quotation is clipped under fair use to at most 250 characters per passage and 600 characters per source, dated, and linked to the original where a link exists. The original words belong to their authors. Paid and licensed material is paraphrased and clipped under the same budget, never reproduced in full.

Using what DeepStack publishes

The analysis is DeepStack's own. Quote it with attribution and a link to the canonical URL on deepstack.ltd, the address each page, file and tool answer names. The dataset at /data/download/ is CC BY 4.0 for DeepStack's own fields; third-party figures keep their owners' terms. Programs may read the API freely, and the MCP endpoint within its published limit of sixty calls a minute per client; both should cite the canonical URL of what they use. No person named in a story is scored or ranked, and nothing published here may be presented as such a score.

Changes and withdrawal

DeepStack may change, limit or withdraw a page, a file, the API or the MCP tools at any time, and may change these terms. The date at the top is the date of the current version; use after a change is use under the new terms.

Corrections and questions

When a fact is wrong it is corrected in place and dated at the top of its story; the register is at /corrections/. Questions about these terms go through the contact page. What DeepStack keeps about you is on the privacy page.
